We operate businesses in three different ways - as an owner, a franchisor, and a leased basis. We focus on the mainstream, upscale, and luxury segments of the hospitality industry and have a targeted portfolio of brands individually tailored to meet customer needs and guest preferences.
Due to our asset-light approach, the number of owned properties is limited but we have an array of leased properties. We manage the upkeep, marketing, and maintenance of these properties.

As a leader and a visionary, and one who "Dared to Dream," Joe Joseph has created opportunities in life whenever faced with a business challenge. Success and fortune did not, therefore, come easily to him. Initiative, resourcefulness, and hard work, combined with the capability to face and overcome the most overwhelming odds can best characterize this phenomenal entrepreneur.
In his early ventures, he partnered with banks and NBFCs for marketing financial products and also dabbled in low-cost housing for people in Mumbai. Then, when his contemporaries had written him off, he came back, took a plunge in the hospitality sector, and went on to transform his businesses as a benchmark in guest relations, quality service, and catering.
Joe believes that it is important to balance vision and action. Simply emphasizing the vision may not provide sufficient motivation. A leader should have a good understanding of his team. This will enable him to know what motivates them.
An Idea that went Viral
During the pandemic, Joe realized that people sitting in their homes would appreciate good food delivered safely hygienically. And that's when Olive cloud kitchen was born. Today it's one of the most successful operational cloud kitchens with a high rating.
Then with vision and imagination, Joe converted old and dilapidated bungalows into magnificent villas for homestays in Mumbai, Lonavala, and Goa.
Today Omega Hospitality Group has a chain of banquet halls, cloud kitchens, Villas & bungalows, Catering Companies, Event management companies across India. Omega partners with some of the most reputed builders, event management companies, and financial institutes.
